Subconscious Surgery™ Mastermind · The full curriculum
The whole year is one experiment, run properly: can you learn to tap into your deep inner knowing — the knowing without knowing how you know — and cut the noise down to pure signal? Every module below is a piece of that experiment: frameworks for asking your deeper self clean questions, and structured ways to resolve what the answers show you.
This is the actual course tree of the Subconscious Mastery Program, not a marketing summary of it. 54 modules and 182 recorded lessons, including 13 complete recorded Subconscious Surgery™ session arcs. All of it already published. A few member-share lessons are listed generically to protect members' privacy; everything else appears under its real title.

Arc 1 · Intro + Weeks 1–2 · 6 lessons
Meet the Subconscious Surgeon, learn the basics of muscle testing, and calibrate until you trust your own signal. Then build the question frameworks the rest of the year runs on. The free first technique on this page is lesson three of this arc.
Your welcome to the year ahead: you meet your teacher and learn the basics of muscle testing — the simple tool for tapping into your own inner knowing that the rest of the programme builds on.
In this introductory module, we explore the various muscle testing and self-calibration exercises and teach you the fundamentals and techniques.
We dive into the subtleties and nuances of how to create frameworks — how to break down future tasks and goals and start predicting what potential outcomes could be.
Arc 2 · Weeks 3, 13 & 18 · 11 lessons
The programme's first full recorded Surgery lands in week three: cultivating authentic confidence and overcoming self-doubt. Later: showing up and being seen, harnessing intention, embracing authenticity. Includes a complete session arc from centering through post-surgery affirmations.
This week brings your first full recorded Subconscious Surgery session, working through authentic confidence and self-doubt from preparation to post-surgery affirmations, so you can let old doubts go and trust yourself more.
A full recorded Surgery arc on showing up and being seen — from a guided centering exercise through processing to post-surgery affirmations — plus a hard look at committing fully, with no plan B.
We look at what it means to set clear intentions and show up as authentically yourself, rather than the version of you shaped by other people's expectations.
Arc 3 · Weeks 4–5, 14–16, 35 + a part-two deep dive · 16 lessons
The biggest single thread in the programme: money blocks, ceilings, worth and receiving, from breathing towards financial freedom to building a prosperous mindset. Includes three complete recorded Subconscious Surgery™ sessions on money blocks.
This week we go through the common known emotional resistances towards money.
Your first full recorded Surgery on money — building better habits and a more prosperous mindset, then a complete session through to post-surgery affirmations, aimed at clearing blocks around receiving and keeping money.
We look at where money blocks still show up and how they're being transformed — testing into old financial patterns and self-worth around money, so you can move forward with a clearer relationship to money.
We navigate the more complex layers of money mindset, then begin a recorded Subconscious Surgery session on money blocks (part one of two) to start shifting deeper, older patterns around money.
We test around money blocks using foresight rather than hindsight — learning to ask forward-looking questions about money before a decision, rather than only making sense of it afterwards.
The second half of the money blocks recorded Surgery session, continuing and completing the work begun in week fifteen so the pattern can be fully worked through, not left half-finished.
A later return to money mindset once other patterns have shifted — cultivating a steadier, more prosperous way of thinking about money as your year of work continues.
Arc 4 · Weeks 7, 12, 30, 38–39 & 42 · 15 lessons
What you keep recreating, and why: the blueprint for meaningful relationships, testing into alignment and clarity, healthy boundaries, family obligations, expectations, and an honest module on grieving. Two full recorded Surgery arcs.
We start building the blueprint for what a meaningful relationship actually looks like for you — the patterns you keep recreating, and why, so you can begin choosing differently.
We use testing to bring clarity and alignment to romantic relationships — checking in with yourself honestly about what fits and what doesn't, rather than guessing or hoping.
We work on setting healthy boundaries — how to hold them with respect, support your own emotional growth, and balance giving guidance to others with protecting your own autonomy.
A complete recorded Surgery session on family obligations and toxic patterns — processing and releasing old attachments, choosing yourself where you've been over-obliged, through to post-surgery affirmations on letting go.
Another full recorded Surgery arc, this time on relationship expectations and attachments — working through letting go, right through to post-surgery affirmations, so old expectations stop quietly running the relationship.
An honest module on grieving — how grief moves through the subconscious and how it can become part of your transformation rather than something you have to push away.
Arc 5 · Weeks 8, 34, 44 & 48 · 16 lessons
The magic and the mechanics of synchronicity, gratitude and the ripple effect, karma and self-sabotage. Grounded, not woo. Includes the Power of Eight group-intention session and a blueprint for reflection, trust and visualisation.
We explore how synchronicity actually works, how procrastination shows up in the subconscious, and how gratitude creates a ripple effect through the rest of your life.
We look at how you respond rather than what happens to you — building adaptability and tenacity, clearing karma and self-sabotage, and using stillness and self-reflection to overcome procrastination.
A group Power of Eight session — focusing shared intention together, first on a collective goal and then on healing, closing with a guided meditation on what focused, shared attention can do.
A blueprint for using reflection, self-trust and visualisation to manifest change — recognising the inflection points in your life and learning to lean into them rather than resist them.
Arc 6 · Weeks 17, 19–21, 23, 26–27, 29, 31, 33, 41 & 51 · 40 lessons
The largest arc of the year: discipline, neuroplasticity and emotional resilience; mastering decisions; taking one hundred percent responsibility; the subtle daily choices that shape a life; transformation five percent at a time; meditation and mastery.
We unlock the basics of self-mastery — how discipline, neuroplasticity and emotional resilience work together, and how small daily choices start rewiring the patterns you've been running on autopilot.
Practical tools for making clearer decisions and actually following through on them — cutting through noise so you can act with more clarity, instead of staying stuck weighing up options.
We look at emotional regulation — recognising your triggers and learning to respond rather than react, so your emotions become something you work with, not something running you.
A module on taking full responsibility for your own results — building accountability, getting your actions aligned with your intentions, and working through the resistance that gets in the way.
We explore the duality of choice — how every decision closes one door while opening another, and how to make peace with that trade-off instead of getting stuck in indecision.
A run of practical sessions on the subtle choices that shape your life — moving from awareness to action, procrastination to purpose, and overwhelm to action, with real rituals for finishing what you start.
The "5% better" arc — small, incremental improvements to habits, nutrition, morning and night rituals, and daily rhythm, on the idea that real transformation builds up gradually rather than all at once.
Meditation and discipline as tools for mastery — centring through awareness and anchor points, mindfulness and visualisation practices, and a grounding exercise to help you settle before you test or reflect.
On staying consistent once the novelty wears off — persistence with affirmations and meditation, discipline and planning, and using testing itself as part of a working framework for success.
We align testing with your own intuition and sense of life purpose, explore your path through testing and other personal growth practices, and put it into practice together as a group.
A focused look at procrastination as it shows up specifically in business and work — what's actually behind the delay, and practical ways to move through it rather than around it.
We work on releasing old triggers and rewriting the story you tell yourself about your own life, then turn that into practical gains — using segment intention to increase your day-to-day productivity.
Arc 7 · Weeks 9, 24–25, 28, 36 & 40 · 28 lessons
Where the deeper material is processed: how trauma shapes the subconscious, attachments, procrastination and healthy boundaries, taking control of your emotions, and stepping out of the comfort zone, with four complete recorded Surgery arcs.
A full recorded Surgery session for when life feels like a tough struggle — working through direction and self-sabotage, then a complete session built around consistency and discipline to help you keep moving.
How trauma shapes the subconscious — understanding sensations and responses in the body, reprogramming old conditioning, cultivating mindfulness, and a negativity-detox challenge to help you build fresh momentum and discipline.
A complete recorded Surgery session on procrastination and healthy boundaries — breaking through for more clarity, working with the power of positive thought and visualisation, through to post-surgery affirmations for growth.
A full recorded Surgery session on taking control of your emotions — starting with perspectives on choice and gratitude, through to post-surgery affirmations and visualisation built for real transformation.
We look at attachments — embracing stillness to work through fear, procrastination and self-sabotage, and learning to hold what you're attached to with more intention and adaptability.
A recorded Surgery session on stepping out of the comfort zone — living a more intentional life, letting go and trusting something bigger than your own control, through to post-surgery affirmations.
Arc 8 · Weeks 22, 32, 37, 43 & 46–47 · 11 lessons
Testing moves from technique to instrument: the art of testing and self-alignment, practising and refining, mastering life's feedback, sensitivities around testing, outside influence, and advanced decision-making frameworks.
Testing moves from technique to instrument here — mastering the art of testing and asking cleaner questions to check your own self-alignment, rather than just running through the steps.
We refine the testing itself through practice, and use meditation as a path to presence — steadying your attention so your testing gets more consistent and reliable over time.
We treat muscle testing as ongoing feedback from yourself, not a one-off tool — learning to read life's feedback in real time and use it to live more intentionally, day to day.
A closer look at the sensitivities around testing — what can throw your results off, and Adrian's own insights on staying honest with your inner knowing when the answer isn't the one you wanted.
We look at testing for outside influence — noticing when a result is being shaped by someone else's opinion rather than your own — and build more advanced decision-making frameworks.
More practice testing for outside influence, alongside continuous growth and self-development — using testing and honest reflection together to keep building self-awareness as you go.
Arc 9 · Weeks 6, 10–11 · 3 lessons
Three shorter explorations: consciousness enhancement, energy, vibration and healing, and transformative tools for growth.
An open discussion exploring nootropics and psychedelics as tools some people use for consciousness and transformation — context and conversation, not a recommendation or instruction to use anything.
A shorter exploration of energy, vibration and healing, and how they connect to a wider, collective consciousness — food for thought rather than a fixed set of rules.
A round-up of transformative tools for growth and healing gathered across the group — practical options you can try for yourself and see what actually helps you.
Arc 10 · Weeks 45, 49–50 & 52 · 36 lessons
Honest evaluation, a year of courage reflected on, treating life as a scientific experiment, finding your tribe. Members share their year in their own words, plus two final recorded Surgery arcs.
An honest evaluation of the year so far — conscious choices, commitment and growth — plus real members sharing openly where they've come from and what's actually shifted for them.
A year in reflection — working through the feeling of going around in circles, transforming frustration through conscious choice, and real members sharing their year, including an honest look at masculinity and self-growth.
Treating your own life as a scientific experiment — testing forward instead of only looking back — plus a full recorded Surgery session, closing with "pronoia": trusting the universe rather than fearing it.
The programme's closing week — finding your tribe and learning to collaborate rather than go it alone, plus a final recorded Surgery session on chakra blockages, closing the year with real affirmations.
Every lesson above already exists in the members' portal. If the map fits the pattern you're carrying, the two ways in, and everything else you need to decide, are on the programme page.
